Pros

Home health with any company allows for a very flexible schedule. Prisma is very flexible and will allow you to work weekend days to flex off weekdays whenever you need. Health insurance benefits are great! Better communication than other home health companies with better per visit pay rate. The documentation system allows for better chart review and better communication with healthcare providers.

Cons

No paid holidays, employees are required to use PTO for holidays. No paid parental leave. Hourly rate is WAY below industry average for work other than patient visits which includes all meetings AND PTO. This means that any paid time off will be paid at an hourly rate well below what you would normally earn while working. Documentation system is not efficient and limits the number of patients you can treat per day.
