      Pros

      Pay is standard for the area, but often offers sign-on bonuses. Many career opportunities due to the diverse amount of locations.

      Cons

      Poor management, toxic workplace culture, regularly short-staffed. Team-members were understandably burnt out and searching for other career opportunities

      Pros

      Worked day to day with great staff who knew patients and cared about their health. Lots of take home work to be done after hours, but was compensated well based on RVUs.

      Cons

      Organization became increasingly unresponsive leading to many providers, clinical and clerical staff to leave the office. Too many meetings to hear about changes being forced onto the office with no reasoning given. The day to day work with patients was good, it’s the management, policy changes and bad leadership that brought the office down and lost us good people and eventually led to me leaving too.

      Pros

      Learned alot of tasks to build my career

      Cons

      Toxic work environment with front staff there is alot of passive aggressive behavior and bullying . Management downplays bad behavior and does not hold people accountable for the mistreating others . Lost one good employee and in the process losing two good employees over one employee that is the aggressor within the last two years.
