      It is a small company, growing and creating new positions to offer advancement opportunities within the company. The people truly care about the quality of product they are building for their customers.

      Pros

      PAE is a decent place to start your career and learn a growing industry. They do solid work for their customers.

      Cons

      Below average compensation & benefits. Management lacks direction, and the senior leadership is like the “blind leading the blind”. Margins are tight, and without a fully optimized process, PAE often makes much less money on projects than quoted.
