I worked with Pro-tek for almost 2 years. They were one of the best consulting companies to work for. They placed me to where I wanted to go. I never had any issue with HR. They were always responsive to every need of their employee. Overall, I had a great experience working with them.

Cons

All about making money. Dont care about their employees. They will match you with scammer and all types of deceitful manager.
