Pros
I have been working with Protek Consulting from their Los Angeles office for approx 4 yrs now. The management, faculty and staff are very helpful. They are considerate about the needs and concerns of the employees. They have very nice direct clients, some even in fortune 500. The marketing department is always on their toes to get their employees place in projects and tries to keep bench time of an employee to the least. They even helped in getting H1b and i-140 approved so fast. The salary comes on time and even pay for overtime.
Cons
Should provide more paid softwares for free to employees.
