      Sometimes due to on shore clients , have to attend meetings after 7 pm

      It is good to hear feedback from our long-term ProArchians as well as our new ones, and delighted that you have a great team and manager. We appreciate, due to the location of the majority of our clients, that hours include evening work but we hope that the midday starts and ability to work from home (for the majority of our India-based team) balances this out.

      Excellent company with Advanced technologies and projects

      Previously I had been working in one of the biggest MNC in Bangalore India, when I first got opportunity in ProArch, Initially I was little incertitude but when i joined the company my thoughts got changed it is very employee friendly and take care of employees very well. • The projects have latest technologies and very challenging. • Employees get time to learn and work on latest technologies. • Especially the higher management in UK are very good and take care of their employees very well.

      Every organization will have few cons but not that bad.
