      Management needs to improve

      1. No hierarchy at the start 2. HRs are excellent 3. Salary is decent

      Cons

      1. Management does connect with you even it is mentioned no hierarchy 2. No discussion happens before increment on your performance 3. They hire people even if they don't have skills just for less salary

      Decent workplace to build your career

      Pros

      Some projects are challenging but the others are usual projects. Not complex and very few learnings

      Cons

      The managers are not really good and rarely contribute in any beneficial way. Needs a review of this layer to make the company better

Our annual, anonymous, employee survey on our Line Managers is about to commence so, as per all years, we will again use the feedback to request Managers and their Managers to review the overall experience for ideas for personal improvement.
