Good Company. Needs Work.

Pros

The company benefits package is great. The support staff are willing to work to make all things happen. There seems to be a lot of potential career advancement if you want to stay. The company is willing to provide certification training for employees.

Cons

There are political battlefields at every turn between departments. There is a shrinking and aging intellectual knowledge base at the company that cannot support future initiatives without the implementation of a strong (and forced) mentor program.

The ability to work remotely.

Cons

Salary is lack luster for the job requirements, skills required and position. Inconsistecy of job requirements for the same position from one region to the next within the same company. Company doesn't value a work-life balance. I honestly think they would rather see good employees leave rather than fix a toxic culture, pay adequate wages to ALL employees or promote people within.

All of the people contributing to operations are great.

Cons

Senior leadership has lost its way and the environment is very cutthroat. Unhealthy culture with a leadership team that is in denial. Newly hired leadership has low integrity and will step on anyone they need to.
