Lack of Diversity in management. Massive layoffs. Very conservative, good ol’ boys club. Laid off all most minorities in management or minorities in management felt compelled to leave. Aims to please stockholders. No job security. Very low pay.

None, ProAssurance does a great job of listening to employee's complaints and analyzing where the organization can do better. A plan is then put into action to improve these areas.

run by all white males. Within first week of working, discriminatory comments were made. IT org is the worst.
