Upper management does not listen to recommendations from staff. Workload is overwhelming since they downsized administrative staff.

After acquiring my company two years ago, ProAssurance (PRA) made a great effort to keep the vast majority of the old employees. We’ve been integrated into PRA well and enjoy our work together. I enjoy my supervisors more than I ever have in my career.

Pay could be higher for my position.

There IT infrastructure and operating systems are very outdated, They have too much bureaucracy and they let a huge number of excellent employees walk after acquiring NORCAL Group.
