Good people, decent pay and 100% remote is a huge plus.

Cons

Training in the Underwriting department is not geared towards the position. Techs and Senior Underwriters receive the same training.

Part of a great team and benefits are good. Top areas where ProAssurance outperforms other companies (in my opinion): work-life balance, company culture and training. The people truly make this company special.

Cons

Nothing that stands out to me.. perhaps difficult to increase salary.
