Pros

Great coworkers. Retirement match. Acceptable benefits. Paid time off vacation and sick. Education reimbursement. If you’re in the right department feels like a family... good and bad.

Cons

Poor communication. Awful HR department- more concerned with maintaining the status quo than supporting their employees. Salaries are on the low end of average and benefits have only gotten worse each year. Deviating from “set” career paths is hard and the paths they create are almost non existent.

Incredible Co-Workers making your life wonderful

Cons

Horrid, horrid management decisions both from an operations standpoint and technical standpoint. The company is floundering because of the lack of competency in the Senior management team. The industry lead and primarily focused on technology has no CTO, and operates entirely off of nepotism and golf course dealings.
