What I appreciate most is the stability the company provides through strong job security, good pay, and benefits. The owner has high expectations but also invests back into the company, employees, and quality of the products, which says a lot about his values. Management is very involved and supportive, creating a fun, family-like culture where people feel connected and motivated. It’s also rewarding to work for an ethical company that focuses on providing quality products and creating happy customers.
Cons
The standard in the call center is high, which some may consider a challenge. The expected results are achievable by select individuals with dedication and commitment.
