Don't care if you get sick Little training Supervisors are terrible

Not flexible at all it was like High school I laughed when I seen the point system in the orientation when you take days off . Never seen anything like this from other companies I worked with and the crazy schedule I never agreed to . They deduct points when you clock In a bit late what a joke ! I like to have flexibility in a job and feel comfortable where I work not being watched all the time like a toddler . No wonder why people leave . I had to leave do to me not having that flexibility and feeling comfortable I just could not get past that .
