Pros

Entry level experience on resume, very easy interview process You get used to rejection and cold calling Can be fun sometimes If you dream of being in sales and you are willing to be “effectively annoying” you can probably do well

Cons

Micro management through the roof Very unclear communication from higher ups Constant changing of major company structures/rules- almost weekly FAVORITISM and high turnover like you have never seen it before Abandoning your work/life balance is the only way to be successful. (A manager said that to me once when I asked for advice.) Morally grey areas of lying to and severely underpaying candidates just so the millionaire CEO can get higher profit numbers (all while company employees live pay check to pay check).

Pros

You gain experience managing a high‑volume territory and working directly with clients, providers, and internal teams. Fast‑paced environment that helps you build strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Opportunities to learn operational workflows, compliance processes, and CRM/ATS systems. Team members are generally supportive and willing to help when you need guidance.

Cons

Base salary is $50K, which may feel low for the workload and expectations unless you earn a promotion. No work‑from‑home days, which can make work‑life balance challenging. High volume of tasks and shifting priorities can be difficult to manage. Processes and expectations can change quickly, and communication isn’t always consistent across teams.
