Pros

Pay was decent for entry level

Cons

Do not waste your time working here. In your early days you will be promised being rewarded for your hard work, but you will quickly see that this is far from that. All management cares about here is making another dollar, rather than caring about their own employees. They fire employees with no notice and turnover is terrible. If you want to be successful here, there's no hope anymore as all of the business is taken by people who have been there 2+ years. Too many contest/game situations going on every month that are irrelevant and immature just to win an hour of pto. They encourage zero work life balance and encourage coming in early and staying late just to make another dollar. So not worth it when most likely you will earn nothing for that extra work. Highly recommend steering clear of this place.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you found value in gaining experience at ProCare, and we’re sorry to learn that your time here didn’t meet your expectations. We take feedback seriously, especially when it comes to compensation, benefits, and leadership. We understand that this role—and the industry—can be demanding, and we’re actively working to evolve our processes, tools, and support systems to better meet the needs of our team. We're also genuinely sorry to hear about your exit experience. That’s not the kind of send-off we strive for, and we’ll take this as an opportunity to reflect and improve. We wish you continued success in your career and appreciate the contributions you made during your time with us.
