Pros

Having no prior experience, I’m pleased to say that working here (even for the short period of time that I’ve been with the company) has made me a confident recruiter. Here are some of the reasons why I think this company deserves all 5 stars: - Each member of the management has an open door policy - that I have used personally! They will each help coach/console/guide you in any way they can. Unlike other companies, they hire leaders who can lead, not just those who produce - There are call goals - notice I did not say quotas. Management will not be breathing down your neck if you didn't meet your goal for the day for whatever reason. - Support. Everyone here is welcoming, friendly and willing to help or support you in whatever way they can. It's fantastic! - Culture. There is such a positive vibe here. Management really puts in the extra effort to build a strong team dynamic here. -Potential. You get to work with candidates and clients who may not even know you are trying to recruit them. They appreciate it more and don't negotiate as often. - Your work has a positive impact on people’s lives! It's not like you're recruiting passive candidates here. You are responding to applicants who are looking for a job and helping them find one!

Cons

Cons are more serious and I don’t think I’ve been here long enough to notice any or really speak on them. For that reason, I’m going to leave this section blank for now.

Pros

Lots to love about ProCare. Work: The work here is fairly simple. Recent graduates with no experience in the field are routinely taken on the job, and they do well here. You go through a good amount of training before you’re officially cleared to work. I speak from personal experience when I say that most people should be able to do this job. Work/Life Balance: Excellent work/life balance at this company. Work isn’t overwhelming, and once I’m off the clock I don’t need to worry about it. I’ve never had to stay overtime and I get the weekends to myself. Culture: Really fun office culture. The people who work here are super chill for the most part, and we all get along well. Casual environment with a relaxed dress code. Company events and parties are a regular occurrence Coworkers: Like I said, my coworkers are super nice. No big egos here, or anything like that, and they’re willing to extend help to you if you need it. Pay: Decent pay plus you receive commission. You won’t necessarily become super rich from working here but it’s enough money to live comfortably off of. Management: They do their best to help us out. They’re involved enough in our daily tasks but they’ll answer any questions you have if you ask. What’s really great about them though is that they’re extremely understanding. If you have something personal come up in your life, they’ll more likely than not let you off early or find some other workaround so you can take care of things.

Cons

There aren’t half as many cons as pros. But I would say that the hours are long and management’s expectations are high. This definitely isn’t the place for underachievers

Pros

Great for the first few months. Will hire you will little or no experience

Cons

Unprofessional. Politics. Poor Management. Favoritism. Unfairness. Very high turnover rate. Poor office moral. No diversity in management. First few months they will promise you ongoing training and support. Some shovel coaches and managers are great while most are too busy to help you. Outside work events you are pressured to attend but you have to pay for out of your own pocket. Low pay and commissions.
