Pros

Not too hard of a job. Gives everyone an equal opportunity to make some good money.

Cons

People who started with the company earlier gave a much greater advantage to make more money. Managers/higher ups are consistently implementing new rules that were not in favor of the floor and would only make it harder on us as employees. They do not care about your well being as a human.

The only Pro is that you get to work with young people which is because older more experienced people aren’t willing to put up with their BS

Cons

This place is an absolute joke! The biggest pyramid scheme . I genuinely haven’t meet anyone that I work with that love working for this company. They do not value their employees at all you are looked at as just a number to them.
