Will hire almost anyone if you have a college degree

Cons

Quantity over quality (care about numbers, not you), young management - people being promoted after 1 year of working there, business model is to churn and burn employees, vets are favored, commission compared to what you bring in for the company is exceptionally low, rules change consistently and usually do not benefit you, going against 4-5 other Soliant companies, NO QUALIFIED LEADS, meetings every day that waste time and are practically just for management to hear themselves talk, it's truly like being at daycare. They will also preach to you to work after hours in order to be successful. All you do is skim off the top of hard working employees, and convince them to take lower wages.

PERFECT entry level position. Working here has taught me a ton about not just how to sell, but how to properly build relationships with those I work with. It has also made the job rewarding and enjoyable. The culture here is great as well...in office events, contests, etc keep things exciting here. It's not always easy, but it's a great place to learn and grow.

Earning WFH perks and low salary.
