Pros

The training here is top notch – very thorough and well thought out. Support is ongoing – even two years in I have no trouble going to my superiors with questions or guidance. Coworkers are helpful – when something needs to get done no one shies away from helping out. **All of this combined makes a relatively difficult job much easier, and that much more rewarding.

Cons

If I had to find something to complain about, I guess it would just be the lack of diversity in senior management. But since I don’t see it having a direct, negative impact on hiring practices or company policies and I don’t think it’s purposeful, I’m really just being nitpicky here.

Pros

I used to work for a company that was PLAGUED by gossip and drama—just backstabbing snakes all around. Working in a place where I can trust my colleagues has been a breath of fresh air, and I’ve been able to get my mental health back. I know this isn’t a super detailed review but I feel like it’s enough to get my point across.

Cons

Nothing too serious, I’m just happy to be working with a good group of folks.

Pros

They pay much higher than industry standard. There’s a lot to like about working at ProCare, but for me it’s the paycheck. I’m paid better here for my experience and knowledge than I would be anywhere else.

Cons

No real opportunity to get promoted or move up in the company.
