7yFirst and foremost, on behalf of ProCollect, Inc., I would like to apologize for your horrible experience at ProCollect. Since you have departed ProCollect, we have made multiple adjustments in regards to management, technology and the culture as well. We have implemented a biometric system which manages the time electronically for all of our employees. We also have direct deposit and the Human Resources Department is working very hard to accomodate all of our employees with the best option for 401K. ProCollect is progressing each and every day. However, we would like to thank you for taking time to write a review as your concerns will be taking in consideration for the future.
