      Pros

      I love the opportunity for growth. You are challenged but the challenge will definitely make you better. Anytime i make a mistake i am always given the opportunity to change it and learn from it. Good family feel so it doesn't feel like a bunch corporate suits that could care less about you.

      Cons

      No direct deposit. Schedule changes every month.

      Please do not apply for procollect. It is not worth it because the place and the people work there are ghetto.

      I can not think of any positive thing to said about procollect. People it not worth working there and Management sucks. It all negative

      I am disappointed to hear your experience working for our company was not a positive one. At the time of your review medical insurance was offered. Currently we offer Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. 401k unfortunately is not something we currently offer.
