-Hybrid Schedule -Great Co-Workers -Not that many pros in my opinion

-Frequent layoffs -Constantly running around in circles trying to complete simple tasks -Not everyone is on the same page and you end up working on the same thing for hours when someone else could be working on it too -Rarely get pay increases or bonuses -There has been pay decreases in the past
