      Have been working here for over 3 years and have had a great experience. Good benefits and great people to work with.

      Cons

      The hospital I am at goes through many changes which can sometimes be hard to keep up with.

      Pros

      People are great to work with. Benefits are solid as compared to other companies. Work is appreciated. Open door policy, at least a few levels up.

      Cons

      Holidays come out of PTO bucket. Not a major issue, but obviously not as nice as company paid holidays. Raises can seem relatively small, but very competitive starting salaries ease that.
