Good salary and benefits. Excellent patient care. Convenient locations. Friendly coworkers and providers. Clinics offer a wide range of services.

Cons

Not always updated in latest equipment at clinics. Too much management and the everyday employees don't always get recognized for a job well done. Departments work with minimal staff. Need a better variety of part time positions.

They restructure every year. No one seems to be safe, the staff look over their shoulders until after the restructuring has been completed each year.
