      It WAS a great place to work

      Pros

      It was an organization that was filled with integrity, compassion. The CEO (Ford) and upper management (Ed O, Bob M) knew everyone's name as well as truly cared for the employees, physicians, most of all the patients. The atmosphere was warm and safe to all who entered.

      Cons

      What has Susan done - taken a wonderful organization and tainted it's name, reputation and caused unrest and distrust among loyal employees.

      20 years was great and then a new manager who was not nice at all

      Pros

      PTO, most of the people were great to work with. Cooperation among the "workers" was great, but ideas don't get implemented without managers buying in.

      Cons

      Management that abuse the system and an HR team that doesn't care. They have these mission and value statements, but they are just words if they are not put to use.
