Pros

The only good thing is the company does pay well. Just not well enough for the headache.

Cons

All they care about are numbers, too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Open door policy sucks.

Poor Senior Management

Pros

Colleagues and front line staff were excellent. Obvious they truly care for patients and believe in the mission. Pay and benefits were pretty good.

Cons

Senior executives (CEO, COO, and CFO) are backstabbing and cannot be trusted. They cannot articulate a vision and no evidence of top line revenue growth strategy. More concerned about cutting costs.

Thank you for your input. We make every effort to promote a happy and healthy environment. This includes planning and a clear vision on how ProHealth Care is managed to deliver high quality care and remain financially strong. Our financial health enables us to share each successful year with our employees and those closest to our patients. The senior management behavior you describe does not align with our pillars of respect, relationships, communication, collaboration, and excellence. If you would like to share insight you feel would be helpful in improving the employee experience, please contact the employment brand manager in HR to discuss. Wishing you only the very best in your career path.
