Pros

The people I work with

Cons

Not much room to advance, new hires make more then staff who have been around longer, hours. Your schedule will have zero consistency. You will also work weekends and holidays.

Pros

Flexibility with schedules, PTO, coworkers are incredible, ability to pickup on call

Cons

Pay is far below other competitors and new hires with little to no experience are making the same as the dedicated and loyal employees, no checks on COVID sanitizing, poor communication to employees and to the public.

Pros

The culture is good while working, community based and people seem to care about the work they’re doing.

Cons

They don’t seem to care about retaining good employees with proper compensation. Often asked to take on extra jobs with no compensation.
