The actual work is rewarding Fairly flexible with scheduling and time off Fair productivity standards and work expectations Great co-workers that care about delivering quality care.

Cons

Work culture could improve. It feels like there’s a large gap between administration and front line workers, along with policies that disproportionately affect and penalize direct patient caregivers. More effort should be placed on employee satisfaction and staff retention. Concerns and suggestions to upper management are often dismissed or pacified.

Pay is good and the employees are friendly

Cons

Benefits could be better, its very expensive for a spouse of family plan. While I worked there I saw way to many people get walked out the door. Most of them were older and dedicated their life to the company only to have the company screw them over later on. Its disappointing when companies think more about their profit than their employees and their families they are affecting.
