      It used to be great but has declined since pandemic.

      Pros

      Flexibility with schedules, PTO, coworkers are incredible, ability to pickup on call

      Cons

      Pay is far below other competitors and new hires with little to no experience are making the same as the dedicated and loyal employees, no checks on COVID sanitizing, poor communication to employees and to the public.

      Overall standard of care delivered is great. Many opportunities to sit on committees and participate in quality improvement.

      Cons

      Outside of residency there is limited ties to academic medicine if you are interested in this.

      Great Relationships

      Pros

      I met and worked with many wonderful people during my time at ProHealth. I moved up fast in the Team Lead role which provided me with valuable knowledge and experience. I had great managers who helped me understand and enhance my abilities.

      Cons

      Not a lot is shared was shared to me about the program during my work within it. The managers would keep information from us that would have been beneficial to me and the other Lead.
