      -Pay is competitive -Call isn't bad -Some great doctors to work with -Some great co workers

      Cons

      -Major manager issues -Upper management doesn't care unless they have to -Canceled a decent amount, so no pay those days if you don't want to use PTO -Could be slow some days -Lack of patience when learning -Orthopedic doctors can be awful to work with sometimes -VERY CLIQUEY!
