      Pay is decent. The culture is pretty casual, down to earth, and management does not hover which is a huge plus in my book.

      Cons

      Breaks are not mandated. Some of the clinics are older and not updated buildings. Turnover.

      Prohealth really values their employees. Their managers are real people, and value what their employees bring to the table.

      Cons

      Not as high acuity as some hospitals, but worth it for a better work environment.
