      Good co-workers. Acceptable pay & benefits.

      Cons

      Administration overkill. So many managers not in the clinics or on the floor. No real understanding of what being a clinic or inpatient RN entails. Lots of policies that look good on paper, but fail in practice. Sub-par equipment, micromanaging, no support from upper leadership.

      There are no positive comments to share.

      Cons

      Patriarchal leadership with no respect for talent or contribution. More administrators than health care providers at this organization. The patient is no longer at the center which is so sad. It is an environment of disrespect that starts at the top and poisons the culture. Definitely NOT an employer of choice.
