Thank you for your input. Our culture is very important to us. So much so, we recently launched our behavior expectations. We are glad you enjoy your coworkers and direct supervisors. However, your characterization of upper management does not align with our pillars of respect, relationships, communication, collaboration, and excellence. Our team in the lab is highly valued as a contributor to quality care and patient satisfaction. If you would like to share insight you feel would be helpful in improving the employee experience, please reach out to HR to discuss so we can explore your specific concerns.

Pros

Finally raised the wage because so many employees left after management changes last year. I am close to retirement so not too many years left here.

Cons

WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!! Working with uneducated loud crazy women because they are so desperate for people and can't retain people. If you want a socialist environment, then come on in and apply. Poor work ethic, not too smart, victimhood and entitlement are not frowned upon, instead the intelligent employees will just have to pick up your work and JUST CULTURE will give you a positive thumbs up for effort. Not kidding!! Employees are not held to the same standard and management retaliates selectively. Careful and come in with tough back skin. You never know who holds the dagger. Did I mention it is run by ALL WOMEN?! Not a healthy environment and there is a reason no one transfers internally to this crap show,

ProHealth Care employs many men and women and is an equal opportunity employer. As the health care environment continues to grow and change, so do we - to remain a strong and stable organization. We have a strong leadership team who genuinely cares about the health, happiness and success of our employees as demonstrated in our introduction of our behavior expectations, The ProHealth Experience. As an employee who has been with us for years, we ask that you reach out to HR team to talk about your concerns. By understanding what you are experiencing, we can take steps to help you and others navigate change and build on our promise of "The way you should be treated."
