The actual work is rewarding Fairly flexible with scheduling and time off Fair productivity standards and work expectations Great co-workers that care about delivering quality care.

Work culture could improve. It feels like there’s a large gap between administration and front line workers, along with policies that disproportionately affect and penalize direct patient caregivers.
