Pros

The culture here is one of a kind - the people who work in all areas of the organization truly care about each other, and the patients, families and visitors we serve. I am proud to tell people that I work here. Professionally, I have been able to grow tremendously in my knowledge in a short period of time. Very good benefits !

Cons

There is not a lot of public transportation that comes to our locations from larger cities like Milwaukee, so it can be hard to get here for some folks.

Pros

Competitive pay, great boss, wonderful physicians and co workers

Cons

Upper management. Treat your physicians how they should be treated. They bring in the revenue and make Prohealth as great as they are. Also, don’t take for granted the worker bee’s in the hospital and clinics who help make the organization run. Trust their input on things, we work it every day.

We are happy you are enjoying the team you serve on and have a great boss! Your input is important to us . Our physicians are highly valued and respected. If you believe one of our physicians is not being treated the way he/she should be treated, we ask that you reach out to your business partner or the employment brand manager in HR to share your concerns. We have a genuine interest in your point of view and value the perspective of all of us worker bees!

Thank you for your input. We make every effort to make sure the right people are placed in the right roles to promote a happy and healthy environment. Our culture is very important to us. So much so, we recently launched our behavior expectations. The catty and lazy behavior you describe does not align with our pillars of respect, relationships, communication, collaboration, and excellence. If you would like to share insight you feel would be helpful in improving the employee experience, please contact the employment brand manager in HR to discuss. Wishing you only the very best in your career path.
