Pros

Benefits are ok. More accrued PTO would be fair for full time employees.

Cons

Constant turnover and policy inconsistency. Doctors have too much power and are too involved in office gossip which is leads to inconsistency and turmoil. Negative environment. MA's and front office staff are underpaid.

Not much to say here, other than enjoyed the people i worked with, and they have a Great ER staff that sums it all up the only department to do a person any good.

Cons

Horrible Management, don't care about the employee or the patient anymore its all about the money. Daily changes in your departments. Managers manage with fear. Team leads and supervisors have favorites to tattle on others, you don't know from day to day if you will have a job here, so don't plan on staying long these days.

Pros

-Patients and family are wonderful to work with, and I am in a very fulfilling position. -Wonderful staff and inter-department collaboration.

Cons

-The people at the top don't seem to give a hoot about their employees. -Cut costs in ways that harm employees and patients while spending money on ridiculous things (like new, extremely expensive sound systems). -Extremely high turnover rate of part-time employees.
