      Pros

      Supportive management, good pay and benefits, very understanding when needing emergency time off, supportive coworkers, good autonomy as a provider

      Cons

      It would be nice to hire temporary contract workers when there are long term absences, but I also like the overtime/bonus structure

      Pros

      My direct leadership and peers are truly invested in each other and our department. They truly care about the patients and each other which makes for a very strong team.

      Cons

      The upper leadership has no idea what happens in the day to day work of the front line staff. Cutting cost is clearly the most important thing and the CEO is out of touch. The memos that are posted are undermining and ultimately disrespectful to employees. For being such a “hero” I feel very disposable.
