      Pto time was great, not much more in the pros after susan edwards came on board

      Cons

      benefits are horrible worst they have ever been since the merge with medical associates, managment is aweful the leadership has gone down hill and does not care about the employee you are just a number in their book, we need to be treated like people not robots

      Good co-workers. Acceptable pay & benefits.

      Cons

      Administration overkill. So many managers not in the clinics or on the floor. No real understanding of what being a clinic or inpatient RN entails. Lots of policies that look good on paper, but fail in practice. Sub-par equipment, micromanaging, no support from upper leadership.
