Pros

I worked with a great team. The pay is good and so was the benefits but the overall environment was the worst I have ever experienced.

Cons

Management is awful because nobody knows who they are. I knew who my boss was and she was MIA for a month and then they restructured the department. There is a lot of gossip as if you are in high school. No one wants to help each other to make the department successful they only want to help themselves. Lesson learned the hard way but with the management style, unorganized structure, and several restructures I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Hours, pay and benefits ok. On call is limited. Co workers are ok but keeps moving to other hospitals with better managers

Cons

Management is awful because nobody knows who they are. We hear about management making changes but never see anyone. I could not tell anyone who my boss's boss is because I have never seen her.
