      The pay here is horrible compared to other local hospitals. The workers get treated like garbage The insurance is awful. They stopped matching our 401k's Everything is always about the budget, not about the employees or patients anymore Yes, you can advance, but you will not get a significant raise.

      It's rewarding to help people get well. Work 3 days a week for full time and two for part time.

      Cons

      Techs should make more more, for all we do for the nurse, however still a rewarding job, if you enjoy working with people.
