      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, ability to treat patients. The dire need for healthcare services in the region makes me feel accomplished at the end of the day, as if I am making a difference.

      Cons

      Unorganized, lack of effective management, unprofessional management and physicians, low pay scale, high turnover rate in my department.

      Co workers were some of the best I've ever worked with!

      Cons

      Every employee and patient is just a dollar sign Maternity leave does not exist, there is no policy! Turnover rates are awful, I've seen many come and go quickly in my time.
