      Pros

      ProMedica cares about the community, and acts accordingly. I believe the company sincerely cares about its employees and their well being.

      Cons

      It definitely feels like a large company. A lot of processes and procedures are applied globally, but would be nice to have more control at department levels.

      Pros

      Numerous locations, A large opportunity for Overtime, An attempt to keep pay competitive. All in all not the worst place I have worked.

      Cons

      This is a large company.. They will try to get their way and try to to bully you into what they want done at times like for example they forcefully mandate flu vaccination. They will not inform you of what you are entitled to when unexpected events occur in your life for example if you do not know about FMLA they wont say anything about needing it in an unexpected event.

      Pros

      Best PR/Marketing team in town. Logo on everything! It was great to have a job with a paycheck when I really needed it.

      Cons

      Dishonest, untrustworthy managers who create culture of fear. No work from home option due to micromanagement and paranoia...unless you are one of the senior staffers. No room for advancement due to longevity of senior staffers. Barriers to innovation because senior staffers have never worked anywhere else in their adult lives. Extremely low pay compared to market.
