      Pros

      Great working experience and educational opportunities. The best part of being a Promedica employee were all of the employee discounts.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY LOW PAY, benefits constantly rising, while job duties were added consistently. The human resource department regardless of your job responsibilities, won't budge or fight to get your increased.
