Pros

Friendly people. Nice quiet environment. Very supportative people. Provides opportunities to engage in programs that help develop people skills. Opens up more opportunities.

Cons

Nothing found about company that makes a company boring workplace. Office culture is good too, so really do not have anything to say against the company.

Pros

The best part of working for ProMedica is knowing that they are more than just a place to work. They care about the end customers, their patients but that level of care is just as evident for their concern for their employees. There is no doubt you will walk the halls and be greeted by friendly, assistance oriented and happy employees. It leaves you with a feeling of pride to work for ProMedica knowing that they take great care to be responsible to patient, employee and community.

Cons

I don't believe there are really any cons that I could report except when it comes to political red tape. We all know that laws and regulations guide the operation of the hospitals and that sometimes goes against what we want to see such as the price of health care going up, the loss of revenue for non-paying customers but of course this cannot be avoided and is most understandable.

Pros

Its a Job at a Hospital so the likely hood of it becoming obsolete is almost nil they pay above minimum wage not much but a little..

Cons

They force medical decisions on employees at the start of the hiring process for example I was blackmailed into getting the flu shot I told them I wanted to take the option to wear a mask instead of getting a flu shot they insisted and I said NO, at that point they told me if I didn't get it I would be considered non compliant and would not be hired.. I really needed this job so I caved and let they force their poison on me. all the while they said were not forcing this on you you can choose not to get it.. I'm sorry but it kinda lines up with the definition of blackmail "Blackmail is an act, often a crime, involving unjustified threats to make a gain or cause loss to another unless a demand is met. It may be defined as coercion involving threats of physical harm, threat of criminal prosecution, or threats for the purposes of taking the person's money or property." kinda fits the description..
