Pros

I think a lot of the nurses at ProMedica’s are really helpful and caring for the patients. We all try and stay positive and just think that we are there for the patients

Cons

Flower hospital is extremely understaffed. Many times there will be 1 nurse assistant on the floor for 20-28 patients. While other times us nurse assistant will have to sit with suicidal ideation patients for 6-12 hours.

there are great co workers to work with, not a lot else to say unfortunately.

Poor pay, do not feel appreciated at a long time employee, new hires are paid more/better.
