Downtime at the fault of the company must be made up using vacation hours.
Vacation time must also be used for calling off sick for the first 8 hours (accrued sick time is very rarely used unless employee is off more than a day).
Vacation time must be accrued and "banked" to cover "paid" holidays. Not enough hours banked, then the holiday isn't paid.
Few opportunities for advancement.
Flex time isn't flexible due to system usage limitations, building entry restrictions, etc.
Annual company survey results are rarely improved upon from year to year. Middle and Senior Management should be using this as a tool for improvement of their own skills/habits but tends to force lower level employees to submit improvement "suggestions", only to ignore those suggestions. Then they wonder why the low scores persist.
Some departments need to hire more employees as the company growth is exceeding expectations. Many departments are in major backlogs, working overtime for extended periods of time (sometimes 6, 7 days a week due to daily time restrictions).
