Cons

The 14-7 schedule can be brutal. Poor top-down communication in Eng department. Promotions are year-based not performance and don't really happen until year 4.

Offers 401K, health and dental insurance. Received bonuses throughout my time working there. Management was understanding for most part and flexible.

Cons

Schedule can be chaotic and many hours a week. Training lacked in certain areas and was rushed.
