Pros
Great insurance. Complete coverage for the employee. Flexible schedule for office workers.
Cons
Dependant health coverage costs, but it's fair. Departments don't communicate well, leading to tensions. Management's vision changes constantly. Had a keeping up with the Jones's feel. A lot of money was wasted on projects that would die. A lot of outsourcing for things that would be better done in-house. What began as a family company had become very corporate toward the end, focusing on profits over the employees.
