      Decent pay, decent hours, a lot of knew pumps, supervisors aren't constantly on your back,

      Shop foreman don't know his stuff! All tractors are used

      Pros

      The best part about this company is that even if it is a big organization with 10 fleets , it still has that small company feel. The people are friendly and considerate. They try to retain you as much as possible.

      Cons

      The Engineering division is understaffed . Work - Life balance sucks . No time off or overtime for extra hours put in. Have to work 14 or more hours a day seven days a week .Weekends are not off unless you put specific request months in advance.
